- 가입할 때 사용한 Google 이메일 주소를 적어 주세요. 가능하면 해당 이메일에서 요청을 보내 주세요.
- 제목에 ‘DotDot 계정 삭제 요청’을 적고 이메일을 보내 주세요.
- 본인 확인이 필요한 경우 담당자가 안내합니다. 삭제 처리 결과도 이메일로 알려드립니다.
이메일 앱이 열리지 않으면 위 주소를 복사해 사용하는 메일 서비스에서 보내 주세요. 비밀번호나 신분증 사본을 보내지 마세요.
앱에서도 삭제할 수 있어요
DotDot 앱에서 설정 화면 아래의 회원 탈퇴로 들어가 안내를 확인한 뒤 진행해 주세요.
삭제되는 데이터
로그인 계정, 프로필, 챌린지와 출석 기록, 커뮤니티에 작성한 게시글·댓글과 업로드한 사진을 삭제합니다. 계정을 삭제하지 않고 게시글, 댓글, 사진만 삭제하려면 커뮤니티에서 직접 삭제하거나 위 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
별도로 보관하는 기록
기존 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 보관이 필요한 기록은 다음 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.

진행 중인 챌린지와 구독
벌금 챌린지가 진행 중이면 선택한 규칙에 따라 탈퇴 시점의 결과와 정산 내용을 안내합니다. Google Play 구독이 남아 있다면 Play 스토어 → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 정기 결제에서 별도로 취소해 주세요.
Account and data deletion — English
This page is for DotDot, also listed on Google Play as “강제 출석 챌린지, 루틴 만들기” and “DotDot - Habit Check-in”. You can request deletion without installing the app or signing in.
Request account deletionEmail henry_kim@kakao.com with the Google email address you used for DotDot. Send from that address if possible. We will guide you through any necessary identity verification and email the result. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
In the app
Open Delete account at the bottom of Settings, then review the instructions.
What is deleted
Your sign-in account, profile, challenges, check-in records, community posts, comments and uploaded photos are deleted. You can delete individual posts, comments or photos in the community, or request data deletion by email while keeping your account.
Records retained separately
Under the existing privacy policy, service usage records are retained for 3 years, payment and refund records for 5 years, and records of location collection and use for 6 months before deletion.
Active challenges and subscriptions
Any active fine-based challenge is evaluated and settled under the rules you selected. Cancel any remaining Google Play subscription separately under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions in the Play Store.
